Resin Floor Solutions were called in by Midtherm to provide a cost effective,and aesthetically pleasing coloured , Epoxy resin floor coating system for there new 1100m2 warehouse floor, built on there existing site.
Even though the concrete substrate was new, it still required preparation to remove any surface concrete laitence and contamination, the method used was a new captive shotblasting system which ensured an even texture over the whole area.
Once prepared the area recieved two rollersqeegee coats allowing twenty four hours between coats.
The whole operation was completed in four days and the client was able to access the unit within twenty fours for light traffic and forty eight hours for heavy traffic, ie fork lifts etc.
