We prepared 2242m2 warehouse space by shotblasting the floor.
The method of shotblastingemployed is a new design, which ensure an even textured surface, without Tramlines, thus ensuring a smooth finish for the epoxy floor coating.
Using this new machine we were able to prepare the whole floor in 6 hours.
2 coats of solvent free high build epoxy resin coating were then applied. It is imperative that the 1st resin coating is fully infused into the base concrete and that there is sufficient curing time between coats.
