Reinstall gangways, pedestrian walkways and pedestrian crossings, for Presslite, Birmingham.

The project was to reinstall gangways,pedestrian walkways and pedestrian crossings, Resin Floor solutions were asked to formulate a programme of work , to enable all this work to be completed over there christmas shutdown.
The gangways had previously been painted,some of which had worn off ,other areas were flaking and the gangways etc were now becoming indistinguishable. So all previously applied coatings were removed by a combination of captive shotblasting and vacuum assisted diamond grinding. bAlso there were numerous potholes which were cleaned out and filled with an Epoxy resin mortar,to finish level and flush with the surrounding surface.
Once prepared the the gangways were painted with two roller coats of a black high build epoxy coating allowing twenty four hours between each coat. The grey walkways,pedestrian crossings and yellow lines were installed over the black again using high build epoxy resin coatings
All the work was completed on time ready for Presslite to commence work on 2nd of January 2013.
